Part 5: The Thing Itself

This picture is a good representation of the thing itself because instead of being distracted by anything around the subject, you can only see the candles, and therefore it is clear what the picture is about.

Part 4: Time

These 2 photographs represent time because you can see the difference in the lighting and shadows, so you can easily tell that there is a time difference between them. One was taken early in the morning and has very soft lighting, and one was taken later at night and has a darker feeling to it.

Part 3: Detail

This photograph represents detail rather well because there is very little going on so you can see the detail instead of being distracted by other less important things.

Part 2: Vantage Point

This photograph displays a unique vantage point. It was taken from behind the leaves, and that created an interesting photo with almost a shadow of leaves over the building.

Part 1: frame

This represents frame nicely because i didn't use the classic frame that the camera provides, but instead created my own frame. This creates a different kind of photograph, and it looks pretty cool.

This is a picture taken in Iceland. Its very memorable for me simply because of how beautiful it is. The lava cascading down the rock side creates an incredibly striking visual when paired with the smoke rising from the freezing waters. The muted background colors really direct your eye to the subject as it has bright colors that greatly contrast the dimness of the smoke.
